Giveaways allow you to randomly select winners from the sessions captured at an event, tied to your configured Moments. Each selection is fully randomized and designed to save your team time while keeping things fair.
Key rules:
Winners are selected from captured sessions
No winner will be repeated until all sessions have been selected once
There is no limit to how many winners you can choose
How to Use Giveaways
Go to your Event Page in Momentify Web
Click the Giveaway button (available directly on the event)
View the Winner Select
Momentify will randomly choose a winner from eligible sessions (excluding anonymous sessions)
Repeat as needed to select additional winners
Each click selects a new unique winner until all sessions have been used.
When to Use Giveaways
Swag or prize drawings at booths
End‑of‑day or end‑of‑event raffles
Incentivizing engagement at specific Moments
Running multiple giveaways without tracking manually
