Members enjoy access to mentorship and career support through our Office Hours and Executive Career Coaching features. Learn more about how to best utilize both features and the main differentiators:

Office Hours (1 credit per session)

Format:

  • Virtual peer group learning and open Q&A led by a Monday Girl Mentor.

  • Monday Girl Mentors are senior leaders, executives, and entrepreneurs that represent top companies like Shopify, Google, Deloitte, Sephora and more

  • Learn alongside a maximum of 30 other members in your industry.

  • Mentors will share their career trajectory, learnings, and top industry tips in the first half of the session. The second half is an open Q&A format where mentors will answer your pre-submitted or live questions

  • While members are encouraged to interact live on camera, it is not necessary

Duration:
45 minutes

Benefits:

  • Pre-submit questions to senior leaders from top companies

  • We change up the roster of mentors quarterly so you'll see new faces from different companies, roles, and industries throughout the year.

  • Gaining insights into different career paths and industry knowledge from leaders who are typically hard to access. This is a great opportunity to learn from a variety of perspectives in a group setting.

  • Motivation and inspiration in your career - hearing from someone who has walked the path before you or experienced similar challenges can help boost your confidence and validate what you're going through

  • Connecting with peers - learn from other industry peers attending the session with you based on the questions they're asking in the session, plus, connect after the session (a great way to continue building your network)

Executive Career Coaching (3 credits per session)

Format:

  • 1-on-1 virtual personalized executive career coaching call

  • Your Career Coach will spend the session sharing tailored guidance and advice based on your unique career goals and challenges

Duration:

15 minutes

Benefits:

  • Select your coach based on their expertise

  • Maximize your session impact by pre-submitting a question, challenge, or specific goal with your coach ahead of the session so you won't need to spend much time on introductions or sharing context during your session

Best For:

  • Receiving tailored advice personalized to your unique goals

  • This session is ideal for individuals seeking specific guidance on their career trajectory, challenges, or objectives.
