I can no longer attend my Office Hours or Coaching Call session

Learn how to cancel your registration for an upcoming Office Hours or Coaching session including steps to follow and associated policies.

If you can no longer attend the session, please decline your registration on the event page at least 24 hours in advance.

How to decline your registration:

1. Open the event page in your confirmation email for the session you signed up for

2. Sign into Luma using the email address you registered for the event with

3. Click cancel your registration on the event page to notify your mentor of your declined attendance 


*Note: since we do not have access to your personal calendar, simply declining the calendar invite in your email does not notify us of your event decline. You must decline registration on the event page itself.

4. You should then receive a confirmation email of your successful cancellation.

5. If you cancel your registration more than 24 hours in advance of the session, the credit(s) you used to book the session will be returned to your account within 1 week.

If you do not see the credit properly returned to your account within 1 week, you can let us know by emailing us at concierge@mondaygirl.ca or connecting with us over Intercom chat.

Having trouble logging into Luma or can’t find the cancellation option?

Please hit reply on your confirmation email to let us know or contact us using the Intercom chat box.

Late Cancel/No-Show Policy:

If you can no longer attend your upcoming Office Hour or Career Coaching session, please decline your registration or notify us within 24 hours of the session. We will then refund your credit(s) used to book the session within 1 week of your cancellation.

If you do not decline your registration and do not show up, other members who could have taken your spot will not be able to. Thank you for considering other members and for your cooperation!

Members who accrue 1+ late cancels or no-shows will not have their credit(s) returned. Members who accrue 3+ late cancels or no-shows will not be able to book a future session for 3 months.
