What if a transfer doesn't arrive in my account?

Is your Transaction Inside the Standard Processing Timeframe:

Please note that standard processing times for SEPA transfers are 1-3 business days. If your transaction falls within this timeline please wait before contacting support.

Contact Our Customer Support

If it has been more then 3 business days then please contact our support team.

In order for us to assist you, we kindly ask that you send a message with the following information:

  • Date of Payment

  • Payment Amount

  • Type of Payment (Swift/SEPA)

  • Country of Payment

  • Proof of Transfer Documentation

Tracing Your Payment

Once we have received this information, our payments team will trace your missing transaction and provide you with an update within a couple of days.
