Navigate to the 'Account Status' Page
Open your Money Jar App. Click on the Side Menu in the top right hand corner of your app. From the side menu select the option Account Status highlighted in the below screenshot of the side menu.
Expand Account Status Section
Click on the box labelled Account Status to expand it and display the button to close your account.
Close Account
Select the button to close your account.
Please note that this action is final and cannot be undone. If there are any pending funds or charges expected to leave your account, you will not be able to close your account until these transactions are complete.
