If you think your account is restricted, you can easily check its status in your app. This will help you determine if your account is fully opened or if there are any restrictions in place.
Navigate to the 'Account Status' Page
From the home screen of your app select the side menu in the top right hand corer. From this menu click Account Status.
View Your Account's Status
From the Account Status screen view the section Account Status at the bottom of the page. This should show your account as Active if there is no restrictions.
