Why is there a Difference?
This is usually caused by pending amounts that have not yet been cleared. These pending amounts will not show on your statement until they have been cleared, which usually happens during the month.
App Balance
It's important to note that the correct balance for your account is always reflected in your App. This is the most up-to-date and accurate representation of your funds.
Monthly Statements
Your full statement, including any pending amounts that have been cleared, will be available on the first working day of the next month. This means that your statement balance may not always reflect your current account balance.
