Some merchants have the power to take money that you owe even if you do not have sufficient funds in your account. If this happens to you your account will be temporarily locked. You will need to follow the below steps to unlock it:
Add Money To Your Account
The first thing you will need to do is add money to your account to restore the balance of your account.
You can add money to your account via one of the available options in the article How to Add Money To My Card?
NOTE: If you do not restore the balance of your account within 7 days then you account may be closed.
Contact Our Support Team
After you have added money to your account you will need to contact our support team and request that one of our agents unlocks your account.
Unfortunately, you won't be able to do this part yourself.
