There are several reasons why you might not be able to send or receive money. Some of the things which you can check if you are having issues with your account are listed below.

You have temporarily locked your card

If you temporarily locked your card then you won't be able to receive or send money. You will need to unlock your card before you can continue receiving and sending money. Follow the steps in the article How Do I Temporarily Lock Your Card.

You have not activated your card yet

If you recently ordered a card then you might not have activated it yet. Even if you have not received your physical card you can still activate the virtual card so that you can receive/send money. Follow the steps in the article How to Activate your Virtual Card to check if your card needs to be activated.

You have reached the deposit limits for the month or day

Check if you have exceeded the deposit limits which apply to your account. You can check what limits apply to your account in the article Deposit Limits.
