What is moonbird's return policy?

Details the 30-day return policy, how to start a return, and when and where to expect your refund.

If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, no worries, we're here to help.

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your moonbird to return it.

To be eligible for a return

  • Your item must be undamaged and in its original condition

  • It must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories (like the protective bag and charging cable)

  • The product must have been purchased directly from us (moonbird.life). If you bought your moonbird from a reseller, their return policy applies.

Return shipping is always free: we cover the costs.

How do I start a return?

Email us at hello@moonbird.life and include:

  • Your order number

  • The exact product you'd like to return

  • A short note on why you're returning it (optional but helpful)

Once we've confirmed your return, we'll send you a prepaid return label. Drop your package off at a local drop-off point. No additional charges required.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your moonbird arrives at our fulfilment centre and is checked, we'll process your refund. You should see the money back within 7 business days.

Refunds are always sent to the same payment method used for the original purchase. So if you paid by Mastercard, the refund goes back to that card. If you paid via PayPal or bank transfer, it goes back there. It's not possible to refund to a different payment method.

You'll receive an automatic email confirmation the moment your refund is processed.
