You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your moonbird to return it.
To be eligible for a return
Your item must be undamaged and in its original condition
It must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories (like the protective bag and charging cable)
The product must have been purchased directly from us (moonbird.life). If you bought your moonbird from a reseller, their return policy applies.
Return shipping is always free: we cover the costs.
How do I start a return?
Email us at hello@moonbird.life and include:
Your order number
The exact product you'd like to return
A short note on why you're returning it (optional but helpful)
Once we've confirmed your return, we'll send you a prepaid return label. Drop your package off at a local drop-off point. No additional charges required.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your moonbird arrives at our fulfilment centre and is checked, we'll process your refund. You should see the money back within 14 business days.
Refunds are always issued to the same payment method or account used for the original purchase. For instance, if you paid using a specific credit card, such as a Mastercard, the refund will be credited back to that card. Similarly, if you paid through another method, such as a bank account or digital wallet, the refund will be directed to that same payment method. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to refund via another method.
You’ll receive an automatic email confirmation from our webstore the moment your refund is initiated.
