You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your moonbird to return it.
To be eligible for a refund:
Your item must be undamaged and in its original condition
It must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories (like the protective bag and charging cable)
The product must have been purchased directly from us (moonbird.life). If you bought your moonbird from a reseller, their return policy applies. - All return shipping costs are covered by Moonbird, making returns free for customers.
How do I start a return?
Just email us at hello@moonbird.life. Be sure to include:
Your order number
The exact product you’d like to return
A short note on why you’re returning it (optional but helpful!)
After preparing your package with the return label, drop it off at a local point. No additional charges are required.
When will I receive my refund? Once your moonbird arrives at our fulfilment centre and is checked, we’ll process the refund. You should see the money back in your account within 7 business days. Refunds will be sent to the account used for the original purchase. Processing times may vary slightly depending on logistics and your financial institution's policies.
