I am not hearing the audio tasks?

When using WeMind Online as a therapist, you may notice that the audio from the audio tasks is not played on your device. While this may seem concerning, please be assured that this is entirely normal.

The audio is intentionally played only on the client's device, not on yours. To confirm that the audio task is functioning correctly, simply ask your client if they can hear the sound during the task.
