1. WeMind is not in full-screen mode
If the client is using WeMind in split-screen mode or has another window open, WeMind may not be registering their responses correctly. As a result, the system assumes they are not reacting, which causes the ball to slow down. To fix this, ensure that WeMind is running in full-screen mode.
2. Incorrect response button
The client may be pressing the wrong button to register their response. Make sure they are using the correct input:
Tablet/Mobile: The correct button is the right touch button with the eye icon.
Desktop: The correct button is the down arrow key on the keyboard.
3. Timing of the response
The client should press the button when the ball changes into a cylinder—not before or after. If they press too early or too late, the system may not register the response correctly.
By checking these points, you can ensure the exercise runs smoothly without unexpected slowdowns.
