Use WeMind in-person

How to use WeMind in-person? We will explain in this step-by-step guide.

WeMind can be used in-person. You can set up WeMind in-person by having two devices in place. One device (mobile, tablet or desktop) for you as a therapist. One device (mobile, tablet or desktop) for the client. If you don't have two devices, please ask the client to bring one.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Simply login as a therapist on WeMind

2. Press 'Create Session'

3. Write down the Session ID number

4. Let the client go to we-mind.app in the browser on their device

5. Let the client press 'I am a client' in stead of 'I am therapist'

6. Let the client enter the Session ID number

7. Let the client choose their device and press 'Enter Session'

8. Once the client has completed this step, you’ll notice that the Session ID on your device turns green. This indicates that you can now begin using tasks and other features.

Have the client sit comfortably behind their device, and you can proceed to start the tasks. Think of the extra device as a substitute for the lightbar. In fact, clients often show even greater engagement with these tasks than they do with a lightbar.
