Before your session:
• Use a laptop or computer (preferred) or a tablet.
• Test your camera, microphone, and internet connection in advance.
• Open the session link on the device you plan to use during the session.
To join your session:
1. Click the session link.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to select your device settings.
3. Press 'Enter Session' and wait for your therapist to call.
4. When prompted, click 'Accept Call' to begin your session.
5. If you have any technical difficulties, please reach out before your scheduled session time.
