Color Rules work like conditional formatting in a spreadsheet. Use them to make important trip information stand out in the Dispatch Grid.
Create a color rule
Open Dispatch.
Hover over a supported column header and open its three-dot menu.
Select Color rules....
Choose a value and a color.
Optional: select Entire row to color the full trip row instead of only the matching cell.
Select Save Rules.
Rules are saved to your Moovs user account and remain available when you sign in on another device.
Supported columns
Trip Status
Paid Status
Close Status
Trip Classification — Standard, Farm-In, or Farm-Out
Trip Type — such as One Way, Hourly, Round Trip, or Shuttle Transfer
Driver — Assigned or Unassigned
Vehicle — Assigned or Unassigned
Overlapping rules
If a trip matches multiple entire-row rules, the row displays diagonal stripes using the matching colors. Cell-only rules continue to highlight their individual cells.
Availability
Dispatch Grid Color Rules are available on Pro plans and above. If your plan does not include the feature, the Color Rules option displays an upgrade prompt.
