Moovs gives you three ways to bring online booking to your website. This article covers all three options — choose the one that fits your setup.
To access all options: Settings → Customer Portal → Installation & Share
Important: The Customer Portal itself (your unique booking URL) cannot be embedded directly in your website via a manual iframe. Moovs provides two supported embed options — the Widget and the iFrame — both accessible from the Installation & Share tab.
Option 1: Website Widget (Recommended)
The widget adds a floating "Book Now" or "Get a Quote" button to your website. When clicked, it opens the booking flow without sending customers to a separate page. Compatible with all major website builders (Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, Webflow, and more).
Steps:
Go to Settings → Customer Portal → Installation & Share
Under Customer Portal Widget, choose your button style: Book Now or Get a Quote
Under How to add widget to website, click Copy code
Paste the code into your website builder's HTML/embed section
Save and publish — then use the Test button in Moovs to confirm it's working
Need help with your specific website builder? Click the Step-by-step guide link inside the Installation section for platform-specific instructions.
Option 2: iFrame Embed
The iFrame option embeds the booking form directly into a page on your website. Unlike a manually created iframe pointing at your portal URL, this uses Moovs-generated code that's built to work correctly when embedded.
Steps:
Go to Settings → Customer Portal → Installation & Share
Under Customer Portal iFrame, enter your website URL
Click the iframe code to copy it
Paste the code into your website's HTML where you want the booking form to appear
Re-deploy your site and verify it's working
Option 3: Customer Portal Link
Your Customer Portal is a standalone booking page hosted by Moovs. You can share this link directly with customers — add it to your website as a button, include it in emails, or share it on social media.
Under Customer Portal Link, click Copy Link to copy your unique URL, or Open Link to preview it.
This is the simplest option — no code required. Customers click the link and land directly on your booking page.
