At this time, withdrawals to debit cards and credit cards are not supported on Moreta. Even if you added money using a debit card, credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, funds cannot be sent back to those cards.
How withdrawals work on Moreta
Moreta supports withdrawals only to bank accounts, not to cards.
You can withdraw your funds to:
U.S. bank accounts via ACH
European bank accounts via SEPA
UK bank accounts via Faster Payments
These bank transfers are the only supported withdrawal methods.
