If you have forgotten your password and cannot sign in to your Morningstar Investor Australia account, you can easily reset it using the "Forgot Password" option. This process will send a unique link to your registered email address, allowing you to create a new password.
To reset your password when you are not currently signed in, please follow these steps:
Go to morningstar.com.au and click “Sign in here” at the top of the page.
Enter your registered email address and click Continue.
Enter your password. To check what you’ve typed, click the eye icon to reveal it.
If you cannot remember your password, click “Forgot Password”.
Verify that your email address is correct.
Click Continue to receive a password reset link by email.
Open the email, click the reset link, create a new password, and then sign in again.
