Overview

If a client record appears to be missing, it may be hidden, inactive, or closed within AdviserLogic. To retrieve these clients, you can use the Advanced Client Search feature and adjust the search filters to locate them efficiently.

Open Advanced Client Search

Select the Advanced Search icon located next to the Adviser Home tab. This will open the Client Search page.

Filter by Hidden Status

Locate the Status field within the search filters. Select Hidden from the drop-down options.

📌 Note

If you’re looking for a specific client, use additional filters such as name, adviser, or client type to narrow your search results.

Scroll down to choose Search to display all hidden clients.

Final Steps

  • If the client is found, you can update their status as needed by clicking on them going to Fact Find > Internal, and changing their Status.

  • If the client is still not appearing, ensure the correct search parameters are selected you may also want to check that you have permission to view the client - Only accounts with administrative access may do this

Reach out to AdviserLogic Support for further assistance.

💡Tip

You can also type in the name of the client if you are looking for a specific client. Select All in the Status field to see hidden and active clients.

Export

To create a report of all hidden clients just select the export button once the search is complete.
