  • Automatic Datafeeds - Automatic Datafeeds deliver updated data daily once they are set up. The only maintenance action required is mapping new accounts to the correct client records.

  • Manual Datafeeds - These datafeeds usually come as a spreadsheet from your provider and require you to update them manually.

If Super Is the Policy Owner:

When a super fund owns an insurance policy, it should be linked to the corresponding super fund account rather than the client or partner. Please ensure the relevant super fund account is already in the client's superannuation section.
