As Easter approaches, we want to ensure you have all the necessary details to continue your treatment without interruption. With the holiday fast approaching, it’s vital to manage your medication in advance. Here’s everything you need to know about our Easter operating hours and order deadlines.
Key Dates for Easter 2026
This year, the Easter bank holiday falls from Friday 3rd April to Monday 6th April. As is typical during public holidays in the UK, we expect a busy period at our pharmacy. To make sure you receive your medications on time, we strongly recommend placing your orders in advance.
For NEW Morrisons Clinic Patients
If you're a new patient or transferring from another provider, please take note of our order timeline:
Order by: Wednesday 25th March 5PM
To ensure your treatment is dispatched before Easter, we require additional time to review your initial consultation, so please make sure to order by this date.
In some cases, our clinicians may need further details after you’ve submitted your consultation. If we contact you for more information, please reply as soon as possible to help avoid any delays to your order.
For EXISTING Morrisons Clinic Patients
For our returning patients, the re-order process remains straightforward:
Order by: Friday 27th March 5PM
To guarantee your medications are shipped prior to the holiday, please submit your orders by this date.
Please Note: The last day we will be dispatching medications is Wednesday 1st April 2026. This excludes any bundle orders and deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland in which the last day for dispatching orders to these locations will be Tuesday 31st March.
Other Medication Orders (including emergency contraception)
Emergency contraception will not be available between Monday 30th March and Tuesday 7th April.
If you require emergency medication during this period, please contact NHS 111 or visit the NHS Emergency Prescriptions service for assistance.

Our pharmacy will be closed for the Easter bank holiday weekend from Friday 3rd April to Monday 6th April inclusive. We will resume normal operations on Tuesday 7th April.
