Foundayo is currently available to pre-order ahead of its full launch. Pre-ordering means you can complete your consultation and secure your place now — your order will be dispatched as soon as stock is available.

Stock is expected to arrive in our warehouse on 24 August 2026, with dispatch beginning from that date.

Visit the Morrisons Clinic website and begin a consultation as you normally would. The Foundayo pre-order option will be presented at the product selection stage of your consultation.

Select Foundayo as your chosen treatment. At this stage, Morrisons Clinic will ask you to provide your card payment details. However, payment will only be taken once our clinicians have approved your order.

When you complete your pre-order, Morrisons Clinic will ask you to provide your card payment details, but we’ll only take payment when our clinicians approve your items.*

This may show on your bank statement as a ‘pending transaction’ and you’ll need to have the funds in your bank account at the time of completing your order.

If our clinicians are unable to approve your order on medical grounds, the transaction will be cancelled at our end and the funds released from the pending transaction state.

*On the occasion where we’ve not been able to complete your consultation review within 5 days, your order total will leave your account. This usually happens because we’re performing final suitability checks and making sure the treatment requested is right for you (such as information from your GP, or we’ve asked you for additional health details). If we then cannot approve your order, the full amount will be automatically refunded back to you.

Your consultation will be reviewed by one of our prescribing clinicians. This is the same process as any other consultation — your clinician will confirm that Foundayo is appropriate for you based on the information you have provided.

Once your consultation has been approved and stock is available, your Foundayo order will be dispatched. We will keep you updated by email and SMS.

If our clinicians are unable to approve your order on medical grounds, the pending transaction will be cancelled and no payment will be taken. If payment has already left your account (where a consultation review has taken longer than 5 days), the full amount will be automatically refunded to you. Our team will also be happy to discuss alternative options.

Yes — you complete the same online consultation process you would for any treatment through Morrisons Clinic. The only difference is that your product will not be dispatched immediately, as stock is not yet available.

You will be asked to enter your card details when you complete your pre-order, but payment is only taken once a clinician has approved your consultation. This may appear as a pending transaction on your bank statement in the meantime. You will need to have the funds available in your account at the time of ordering.

If we have not been able to complete your consultation review within 5 days, the payment will leave your account while we complete final suitability checks. If we are ultimately unable to approve your order, the full amount will be automatically refunded to you.

Please contact our Patient Care team if you would like to cancel your pre-order before dispatch. We will process a full refund where applicable.
