Welcome to Mortar AI! Thank you for choosing us.

Let us guide you through the registration process.

Firstly, enter your first and last name in the boxes provided.

Next, enter your email address in the text area at the top of the page under the header “What’s your email?” followed by your phone number in the text area provided under it.

Next, enter your desired password in the text area provided and again to verify.

Remember, your password must contain:

  • At least 8 characters – the more characters, the better!

  • A mixture of both uppercase and lowercase letters.

  • A mixture of letters and numbers.

On the following page, type in your business website (e.g. yourdomain.com) under “Your Business Website” and select the number of employees in your business.

Next, fill in the name of your business. Select the industry your business is in (e.g. Technology, Retail, Creative…) or mention your industry on the others tile if it’s not in one of the options provided.

Then enter your role within your business under “Your role” (e.g. Account Manager, Business Analyst, Customer Resource Manager, Sales, etc.)

Finally, enter your payment details.

Take note that you will not be billed until the trial period ends and can cancel anytime.

Please enter your credit or debit card details including card number, expiry date, and CCV, in the areas provided.

The CVV Number (“Card Verification Value”) on your credit card or debit card is a 3-digit number on VISA®, MasterCard® and Discover® branded credit and debit cards. Your American Express® credit or debit card is a 4-digit numeric code. It is easy to find the CVV. For most cards, it is the three-digit number on the back of your card. For certain types of debit cards, it would be a four-digit number printed on the front.

On the right panel, you will be able to observe information regarding:

  • Your plan

  • Billing cycles

  • First payment date

  • Due amount

You can change your plan by clicking on Change, highlighted in orange, under the “Your plan” box on the right.

You can change your billing cycle by clicking “Switch to annual or Switch to monthly” by clicking on the button next to “Billing”.

You will be able to see the payment date for your first payment after your trial ends under “First Payment Date” and the due amount in AUD/month or AUD/year, depending on the plan you select and the billing cycle you have chosen.

Once you have gotten past the registration, you will enter a screen where you will be able to set up integrations such as Shopify, Woocommerce, Mailchimp, Magento, etc., by clicking on the button “Setup Now” that is highlighted with an orange background or skip for now if you would like to do this later.
