Reserving Slots
The most efficient method to block out your diary and prevent customers from booking online is to reserve slots in your slot diary.
To do this, follow these steps:
Open your diary/diaries and navigate to the first day of closure.
Click 'Swap' in the bottom toolbar. to select all slots.
Once all slots are selected, click 'Reserve' in the bottom toolbar. This action reserves all slots for that day, rendering them unavailable through your online booking system. Repeat this procedure for each day of closure.
It's important to note that your diary may only display a limited selection of slot types. If this is the case, you can rectify it by right-clicking on the diary tab and selecting 'Configure Diary'. This allows you to add any missing slot types, ensuring comprehensive reservation coverage.
