1. I can’t log in to my account
Try the following:
Double-check that you’re using the correct email and password
If you originally signed up with Google, make sure you’re using the same option to sign in
Forgot your password? Use the reset password link on the login page
2. I didn’t receive the password reset email
Here’s what to check:
Look in your spam or junk folder - sometimes it ends up there
If you registered for an event, but didn’t create a Movemint account, you won’t have a password to reset. Use your confirmation email to manage your registration
Still not seeing it? Try signing in with Google in case that’s how you originally created your account
3. I accidentally created multiple accounts
This can happen if you:
Signed up with email/password, then later used Google or Facebook to sign in with the same email
These are treated as separate accounts and unfortunately cannot be merged
4. I want to change my email address
Your options depend on how you signed up:
If you created your account using an email and password, you can update your email within your account settings
If you signed up using Google, your email is managed through those platforms and cannot be changed within Movemint
If you need to switch to a new email, you’ll need to create a new account and rebook events under that email address
