Common Account Issues and How to Fix Them

1. I can’t log in to my account

Try the following:

  • Double-check that you’re using the correct email and password

  • If you originally signed up with Google, make sure you’re using the same option to sign in

  • Forgot your password? Use the reset password link on the login page

2. I didn’t receive the password reset email

Here’s what to check:

  • Look in your spam or junk folder - sometimes it ends up there

  • If you registered for an event, but didn’t create a Movemint account, you won’t have a password to reset. Use your confirmation email to manage your registration

  • Still not seeing it? Try signing in with Google in case that’s how you originally created your account

3. I accidentally created multiple accounts

This can happen if you:

  • Signed up with email/password, then later used Google or Facebook to sign in with the same email

  • These are treated as separate accounts and unfortunately cannot be merged

4. I want to change my email address

Your options depend on how you signed up:

  • If you created your account using an email and password, you can update your email within your account settings

  • If you signed up using Google, your email is managed through those platforms and cannot be changed within Movemint

  • If you need to switch to a new email, you’ll need to create a new account and rebook events under that email address
