What changed?
As of Spring 2026, Tighter Together will now be called Move Together 💙
While the name has changed, the core program you know and love is still the same—a structured, guided plan designed to help you build strength, stay consistent, and see real results.
Why did the name change?
We updated the name to better reflect what the program is all about:
building strength, creating consistency, and moving together as a community.
As the program has grown, we wanted a name that more clearly represents that bigger picture.
Is the program different now?
Don't worry, the foundation of the program remains the same. You’ll still get:
A structured workout plan in the app
An amazing recipe guide and custom macro counts to help you meet your goals
Guidance on sets, reps, and progressions
A supportive community for accountability and motivation
We’re always making improvements behind the scenes, but the core experience and results-driven approach haven’t changed.
What happens to my old Tighter Together programs?
If you’ve previously joined Tighter Together, your past programs will still appear under the name Tighter Together in your app.
You’ll continue to have access to them just like before — nothing is being removed or taken away.
What will new programs be called?
Starting Spring 2026, all new rounds will be called Move Together going forward. So if you see both names in your app, that’s completely expected:
Older programs = Tighter Together
New programs = Move Together
