How to Start Move Together

Tighter Together is now Move Together.

We’ve refreshed the name to better reflect our mission: building strength, consistency, and community — together. 💙 Learn more about that change here.

Ready to dive into the Move Together challenge? Follow these steps to add your workouts to your calendar and start moving!

Adding Workouts to Your Calendar

  1. Open the Moves App and tap the Programs tab in the navigation bar. This is your hub for all your challenges and workouts.

  2. Select the Move Together Program:
    -Choose the Move Together collection
    -Pick the challenge you’re joining
    -Tap “Start Program” to select your start date and workout cadence

Now your Move Together workouts will automatically populate your calendar—easy, organized, and ready to go!

Pausing Previous Programs

If you were following another program before Move Together:

💡 Pro Tip: Take a minute to review your calendar and schedule your workouts—setting them up ahead of time makes it easier to stay consistent and crush your goals!
