This year’s Move Together challenge comes with three ways to win — and each one is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
Whether you're here to build consistency, reflect on your progress, or simply show up, there’s a prize with your name on it.
Something new this year: we're asking you to define what success looks like for you. That means setting your own goals and intentions at the start of the challenge — not just tracking before-and-after photos. Progress looks different for everyone, and we want to celebrate all of it!

Before the Challenge Starts: Sign-Up Giveaways
Even before the challenge kicks off, there’s a chance to win.
During the two-week sign-up window, we’ll be running entry-to-win giveaways on Instagram and TikTok — all you have to do is complete your challenge sign-up and follow along for the details.
Prizes include free challenge entries, equipment bundles, gift cards, and more. Think of it as a little reward just for saying “I’m in.”
When: April 13 – April 30
How to Enter: Complete your Move Together sign-up, then follow the steps outlined in each giveaway post (may include liking, commenting, or sharing)
During the Challenge: Weekly Cash Prizes to Reward Your Consistency
Each week of the challenge (Weeks 1–4, excluding Deload Week), we’ll randomly select a winner from everyone who logs 4 or more workouts that week.
No judging, no subjective criteria — just a reward for doing the work.
Even better: the prizes grow each week, starting at $1,000 in Week 1 and increasing up to $2,500 in Week 4. 🤯
Log your workouts in the Moves App each week and you're automatically entered — four workouts a week is all it takes!
What / Where: Log 4+ Move Together workouts in your Moves App in a single week (a week = Sunday at 12:00 AM EST to Saturday at 11:59 PM EST.) Winners announced the following week.
When: Weeks 1–4 of the challenge (April 27 – May 23)

After the Challenge: Progress Portfolio
This one is at the heart of Move Together. 💙
Starting in Week 1, we'll ask you to take a before photo and jot down your goals or intentions for the challenge. Then, when the challenge ends, you'll have the chance to submit your progress portfolio — your story, your wins, your reflections, and optional before/after photos — through a private form for a random drawing.
Five winners will be selected to receive a free year of Moves — plus an additional free year to gift to a friend. It’s our way of helping you keep the momentum going and bring someone along with you. 👯
Submissions open in Week 4, with a final deadline of June 1, 2026. (We'll be reminding you to grab those before photos through May 1, 2026 — so don't put it off!)
This isn’t about a “best transformation.” It’s about capturing where you started, recognizing your progress, and celebrating what you’ve built.

FAQs
Do I have to share before/after photos to enter the progress portfolio?
Nope — photos are completely optional (but highly encouraged!). What matters most is your story: your goals, your wins, and how you showed up for yourself.
Even if you don’t plan to submit photos, we still recommend taking them so you can see your own progress.
What counts as a "workout" for the weekly cash prize?
Any Move Together workout you log in the Moves app during that week qualifies. Log 4 or more in a week and you're entered into that week's drawing automatically. (A week = Sunday at 12:00 AM EST to Saturday at 11:59 PM EST.)
Can I enter more than one giveaway?
Yes! Each opportunity is separate, so you can participate in all three.
When do I need to take my before photos?
We’ll remind you at the start of Week 1 — in the app, in your checklist, and on Instagram. The reminder period ends May 1, 2026, so don’t wait too long.
You don’t need to submit your photos right away — just take them and make them easy to find later. We recommend favoriting them on your phone or saving them in a dedicated folder so they’re ready when it’s time to submit.
Where do I write down my goals / intentions?
You don't need to submit them right away — just write them down and keep them somewhere easy to access later. A few ideas: save them in your phone's Notes app, jot them on a sticky note on your mirror, or use a favorite notebook.
Keeping them safe and easy to find will make it simple to reference your goals when it's time to fill out your Progress Portfolio at the end of the challenge.

Because progress isn’t one-size-fits-all. This challenge is about your version of success — whether that’s getting stronger, building consistency, improving your energy, or simply showing up. Setting intentions helps you measure what actually matters to you.
