Fall 2026 Move Together is here! Sign-ups run Sep 28 – Oct 15, 2026, and the challenge runs Oct 12 – Nov 14, 2026.
The Fall 2026 Move Together Challenge kicks off October 12th! Here’s your step-by-step prep guide so you’re ready to crush it from Day 1:
1. Download the Moves App
If you haven’t yet, grab the Moves App on your device to access all challenge features and resources.
2. Log In
Sign in using the same email and password you used to purchase Move Together. This keeps all your progress and tracking in sync.
3. Complete Your Macro Assessment
If you’re tracking macros and participating in the Fall 2026 Move Together, make sure to complete your Macro Assessment by Friday, October 16, 2026 at 5:00PM ET. Only one assessment per purchase, so plan ahead!
4. Review Your Resources
Check out everything you’ll need in the Resources tab of your Move Together program:

5. Build Your Squad
Teamwork makes the dream work! Gather accountability partners using your unique referral link: Moves App Profile > Refer. Squad up and stay motivated together. Learn more about our referral program here.
6. Get Familiar with the Moves App
New to Moves? Take a few minutes to explore the app, check out tutorials, and make sure you know how to log workouts, track macros, and customize your schedule.
7. Start the Move Together Program
Your Move Together workouts will be live in the app by Thursday, October 8, 2026 — head to Programs → Challenges to add them to your calendar, and you'll be ready to dive in on Day 1, October 12, 2026. 🗓️
