Moves Base subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial — no commitments, no credit card surprises. Just full access to the workouts, programs and tracking. You also have the option to choose to pay monthly or annually.

Moves Plus adds the Meals tab. Through October 15, 2026 it's annual-only — the $300/year Founding Rate, locked for as long as your subscription stays active. From October 16, 2026 you can also choose Moves Plus Monthly at $35/month, or $350/year.

Moves Plus doesn't include a free trial, so if you'd like to try Moves Base first, you can start with a Moves Base trial and add Moves Plus any time.
