A Moves subscription has two tiers — Moves Base and Moves Plus. Moves Base gives you full access to everything you need to move, track, and level up your fitness. Moves Plus is an annual add-on that layers the Meals tab on top. Here's what's included in each:
What's Included with Moves Base
Programs & Workouts: Unlimited access to all current programs and workouts in the app, designed for different fitness levels and goals.
Logging & Progress Tracking: Track your workouts, monitor your progress, and celebrate your achievements along the way.
Program Overviews: Explore detailed info on each program to find the perfect fit for your fitness journey.
What Moves Plus Adds
The Meals tab: weekly recipes, grocery lists, and personalized macros, on top of everything in Moves Base.

Exclusive Discounts on Challenges
Move Together Challenges: Twice a year, take part in focused, intensive challenges. Subscribers get exclusive discounts on all available Move Together challenges — on Moves Base or Moves Plus. Active members can access the Move Together Challenge at a discounted price of $30, which is in addition to the regular membership fee, compared to the standalone price of $50 for non-subscribers.
Members also retain full access to the challenge for as long as their membership remains active, while non-members are limited to 6 months of access.
Bundled purchases result in two separate charges—one for the challenge and one for the subscription.
Billing & Pricing Details
Moves Base: $20/month or $200/year.
Moves Plus: only billed annually at this time. See current Moves+ pricing.
Non-Transferable Payments: Payments for challenges are non-transferable and cannot be credited toward other programs, such as a Moves subscription.
