Tracking Your Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from MPB and the courier with a tracking number. This number allows you to:
Track your parcel in transit.
Set delivery preferences such as safe spaces or driver instructions.

Shipping to DHL packstations
For security reasons, we're unable to deliver directly to DHL packstations. Once the parcel arrives in your country, you can contact your local DHL directly and ask them if it’s possible to redirect your parcel to a collection point.

When Will I Know My Order Has Shipped?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details.
Why Isn't My Tracking Number Working?
Tracking numbers may take up to 2-3 hours to activate as couriers scan parcels into their systems.
What Time Will My Parcel Be Delivered?
MPB cannot provide specific delivery time slots, but couriers might confirm a window on the morning of delivery. Check the tracking number for further details.
Can I update/change my delivery option?
Once an order has been placed, the delivery option cannot be changed. However, if the payment has not yet been processed, it can be cancelled and you can then place a new order.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
Don't worry if your delivery is missed. The courier will automatically attempt to deliver it again and you’ll get an update by email and SMS before the next attempt.
If your delivery fails again, the parcel will be returned to MPB directly and once received, a refund will be issued to your account.
Does MPB Deliver to Freight Forwarding or PO Boxes?
No. MPB only delivers to residential or business addresses within the EU. Couriers do not deliver to PO boxes, mailbox services, or freight forwarding addresses.
Does MPB EU ship internationally?
No. MPB EU provides services solely within the European Union and Switzerland.
If you are a customer based in the US or UK, you can use the relevant platform to place your order. Each MPB marketplace operates with its own inventory; therefore items cannot be shipped from one region to another.
