Collection Information
MPB partners with DHL for all collections—whether you're selling, trading in, or returning your kit. For added convenience, you can also drop off your parcel at a local post station with a pre-paid DHL label.
Selling or Trading? We provide a free weekday collection service, so you can choose a weekday that works best for you (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Returning an item? If your item is faulty (e.g. not functioning as described) or you received the wrong item, we’ll arrange a free collection.
Collection Options
DHL Collection
Once you've accepted your quote with MPB, you can schedule a free collection directly within the quote form.
You'll be able to choose a preferred collection date and let us know how many boxes you're sending.
Collections can only be arranged Monday-Friday (Excluding bank holidays) |
Drop-off
When scheduling your collection, you’ll also have the option to choose a drop-off instead.
This allows you to take your parcel to a nearby poststation, where the courier will handle the rest. It’s a flexible option—perfect if you’d prefer to send your kit over the weekend.

Details when arranging a collection/drop off
When arranging your free collection or drop off for your kit, you will be prompted to enter the following information:
Shipping Address
Please provide a EU residential or business address. If you are selecting a ‘Drop-off’, this will still require your household address, as this address will be used if items are returned.
Number of boxes
The number of boxes confirms how many physical boxes you plan to send to MPB. If you have a lot of kit, and need to separate them amongst different parcels, it is recommended to select more than one box.
If however, you have multiple boxes within a single parcel box, this would count as 1 box.
Labelling the Parcel
Once you have confirmed your collection or drop-off, you will be prompted to label your parcel once you have finished packaging your gear.
For Home Collections, you will be provided with a MPB label, which will have your TX number, our address and barcode attached. If you do not have a printer, the TX number and address can be hand-written onto your parcel instead.
For Drop-off, you will be provided with an MPB label, a DHL label and/or a QR Code. This can be taken to your local drop-off shop where the QR code or label can be scanned.
If you don’t have access to a printer, simply write the shipping address and TX number from your MPB shipping label clearly on the outside of your box. |
Do all DHL Drop-off Shops support printerless drop-off?
Not all Drop-off Shops support QR code scanning and may require a physical label to accept your parcel.

Further Information
How long does it take for my package to arrive at MPB?
Often the parcel may only take 3-4 days to arrive at MPB, however this is primarily based on your location. In some areas of the EU this can exceed 5 days in transit.
If you are unsure when your parcel is likely to arrive, we recommend checking your tracking with the courier, as they may also provide service updates during transit.
What time can I expect DHL to collect my kit?
When your quote has been confirmed, DHL will provide an hour’s time slot on the morning of the collection date, this is often between 9am-5pm
Can I change my collection date?
Yes. You can reschedule your collection directly through the courier’s tracking page linked in your confirmation email. If you need help, contact our team.
How do I track my parcel?
You can track your parcel by using the unique tracking number provided by the courier.
Once your parcel has been received by our team, you will receive a confirmation email confirming the next steps in processing your kit.
Can I bring my gear to an MPB warehouse myself
MPB is an online-only service, so we're unable to offer in-person drop-offs at our warehouses. Shipping must be scheduled on MPB
Do I have to use DHL?
MPB uses DHL as our primary courier for all collections. An alternative courier can be used to send your kit, however this would be at your expense and risk.
How can I drop-off without printing the label?
You won’t need to print anything when selling to MPB. After arranging your drop-off quote, you’ll receive a QR code. Simply take this to a local drop-off point that accepts QR codes, where your parcel will be scanned.
Can I provide instructions to the courier?
Yes, you can provide instructions on the tracking link provided by the courier.
The courier didn’t collect my kit, what now?
If your collection has failed, please contact our team so that we can re-arrange this. Our team can also let you know why the collection didn’t go ahead.
