FedEx does not provide a specific pickup time, so please plan to be available throughout your pickup date. Ask your uniformed FedEx driver to scan your box so you can check your tracking number(s) within 24 hours. Avoid leaving your gear unattended outside.
To schedule a FedEx home pickup, contact our customer support team Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST. A member of the team will respond within one business day.
Please note, do not give your package to a FedEx driver when there is not a collection scheduled for you in FedEx’s system and they are not there to specifically collect your package. Please ensure that the drive scans the package confirming that it enters the courier tracking network.
