No, due to restrictions in our contract with FedEx, we are unable to authorize packages to be held at FedEx locations for pickup.
For packages with a signature requirement, FedEx will attempt delivery up to three times. If all three delivery attempts are unsuccessful FedEx may, at their discretion, allow pickup after these attempts.
If the package is not picked up after one week, it will be routed back to our warehouse. Upon arrival at our Circular Commerce Center, the package will be processed as a return and we will issue you a refund.
