How do I update, change or cancel an existing quote?
If you haven’t already scheduled collection or drop-off, you can update an existing quote in your account. You can schedule shipping and add items to sell.
In other cases, our team will help you update your quote. This applies if you have already scheduled shipping and you’d like to add gear to buy in exchange. Or, if you don’t have an MPB account.
Simply reply to your quote confirmation email and we’ll get back to you within one business day.
