If you're an Access-A-Ride customer, you can access the Access-A-Ride booking website through the MTA app.
Tap the More tab.
Tap Access-A-Ride.
Log in with your Access-A-Ride account credentials.
You can also access Access-A-Ride by going to https://aar.mta.info on your web browser.
