If you're an Access-A-Ride customer, you can access the Access-A-Ride booking website through the MTA app.
Tap the More tab.
Tap Access-A-Ride.
Tap Open AAR trip planner. The Access-A-Ride trip planner opens in your mobile browser, where you can log in with your Access-A-Ride account credentials to book and manage your trips.
If you book trips often, turn on the switch to show Access-A-Ride in the bottom navigation bar. This adds an AAR tab so Access-A-Ride is always one tap away. You can turn it off anytime from the same screen.
If you were an Access-A-Ride customer in the previous MTA app, the AAR tab appears automatically — no setup needed.
