The MTA app lets you filter the Subway tab to show only accessible stations, making it easier to plan a trip that works for you.

Tap the accessibility icon (ISA icon) in the lower right corner of the map in the Subway tab to turn on Accessibility mode. When it's on, accessible stations will be emphasized on the map and non-accessible stations will be hidden in the list.

Fully accessible stations will have a fully filled blue accessibility icon next to the station name.

Partially accessible stations will have a partially filled accessibility icon next to the station name.

These icons are shown prominently when you look at a list of arrivals with Accessibility mode turned on. You will be able to quickly see which stations along your route are accessible.

Tap the accessibility icon on the map again to turn Accessibility mode off.

Be sure to check elevator status before you go.
