Sharing your clips with stakeholders:
Locate the Clip You Want to Share
Begin by locating the specific clip you want to share
Click on the Share Icon
On the selected clip, click on the share icon.
Share Clip
Click 'Share Clip' to create a public page where your teammates can watch, leave notes, view post descriptions, analyze trending terms, and download the video.
You can manage permissions for these actions by toggling access on or off.
Click the 'Share Clip' button to grant others access to the latest updated version of the clip.
Sending the clip to your teammates
Copy the generated link and share it with your teammates. Clicking this will copy the link to your clipboard. Alternatively, you can click on the preview clip button and share your clip from there.
What actions can viewers perform?
Other than watching the video, your teammates can comment and leave notes, see and learn about the most searched terms and trending keywords in the clip, use magic posts to copy descriptions for each social platform, and download the video.
On the new public page, collaborators can click the corresponding icon to perform these actions.
If you restrict access to an action, the relevant icon will not be visible to them.
Depending on the access level you granted, the viewer can access up to four different sections: viewing the analytics, accessing the magic posts, commenting on the clip, and downloading the clip. To access each of these sections, click on the corresponding icon. If you have restricted access to any of these options for the viewer, they will not see the relevant icon.
Analytics:
In the analytics section, you can view a variety of metrics. It provides a coherence score that evaluates the clarity of the video content. Additionally, it highlights key terms associated with the video along with their prevalence percentages within the clip. The section also showcases search volumes for phrases from the video's transcript, which are organized into different categories for easier analysis.
Giving feedback to the clip creator:
This section allows viewers to leave comments and notes on the video or clip, providing feedback or suggestions for improvement. Viewers can easily add their comments by clicking on the comment section, entering their name, and typing their feedback.
Magic posts section:
In the Magic Posts section, you'll find captions for the clips, tailored to the social media platforms you've selected. These captions include relevant hashtags to enhance visibility and engagement.
Downloading
Clicking the download button allows you to save the clip directly to your device.
Modifying settings
A menu where you can decide what kind of access the person with the link will have to your clip. You can allow the viewer to view the analytics, view the magic posts, comment on the clip, and download the clip. To remove any of these permissions, simply toggle off the section you don’t want them to access. You can modify these settings at any time. Simply toggle the desired section on or off. This will immediately apply the changes to anyone who has the link.
Turning Off Sharing
You can revoke access at any time by turning off the sharing settings. Simply toggle the option to 'off,' and the link will become private. Anyone attempting to access the link will see that the clip is private.
