You can easily connect your Apple Watch to sync your activity and health data with the app.
Step 1: Connect your Apple Watch to Apple Health
Open the Health app on your iPhone.
Tap Summary, then tap your profile icon in the upper-right corner.
Scroll down to Devices and make sure your Apple Watch is listed and connected.
Step 2: Enable Apple Health integration in our app
Open our app and go to your Profile settings.
Turn on the Apple Health integration option.
Once both steps are complete, your Apple Watch data will automatically sync with our app, keeping your activity and health insights up to date.
