How can I connect Fitbit Watch to the app?

Synchronization with Fitbit Watch

Updated yesterday

While there isn’t a direct Fitbit integration available at the moment, you can still sync your Fitbit data with our app by connecting Fitbit to Apple Health, and then Apple Health to our app.

Step 1: Connect Fitbit to Apple Health

  1. Open the Fitbit app on your iPhone.

  2. Tap your profile picture in the top-left corner.

  3. Scroll down and select "Settings".

  4. Under Settings, tap "Apps & Devices".

  5. Select "Health & Fitness Apps", then choose "Apple Health".

  6. Tap "Turn All Categories On" to allow Fitbit to send data to Apple Health.

  7. Follow the on-screen prompts to grant Fitbit access to your Apple Health data.

Step 2: Choose which data to share

  1. Open the Health app on your iPhone.

  2. Go to the "Sources" tab (or "Connected Apps" in newer iOS versions).

  3. Find the "Fitbit" app in the list and tap it.

  4. Switch on the toggles for the data types you want to share.

  5. Tap "Done" to save your settings.

Your Fitbit is now connected to Apple Health, and your data will automatically sync between the two apps.

Step 3: Connect Apple Health to our app

Once your Fitbit and Apple Health are connected, follow these steps:

  1. Open Calorie Counter app and go to your "Profile" in the upper-left corner.

  2. Enable Apple Health integration.

That’s it! Your Fitbit data will now sync with our app through Apple Health.
