If you cancel your subscription, you'll still have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. After that, you'll switch to the free version of the app.
We offer subscriptions with different durations, so you can choose the plan that best fits your needs. Still, if you would like to cancel, you can do so at any time by following the steps below:
I paid directly through App Store
- Open the Settings app on your iOS device. 
- Tap on your name. 
- Select Subscriptions. If you do not see Subscriptions, please select iTunes & App Store instead > tap your Apple ID > select View Apple ID and sign in > scroll down to Subscriptions and tap it. 
- Choose the Walking app. 
- Tap Cancel Subscription. 
I paid on the website
Please drop us a chat in Support, specifying:
- last 4 digits of the card number 
- expiry date 
- full name and email address used at the moment of purchase. We will cancel your subscription as soon as possible. 
❗️ Please note that deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription. To cancel, please reach out to our support team through the in-app chat, and we will guide you through the process.
