My app screen looks zoomed in / cut off on my iPhone, how can I fix it?

What to do if you're not able to see the whole display on screen

Updated today

If the app screen appears zoomed in or doesn’t display correctly, this is usually caused by your iPhone’s font size or Accessibility settings. Since these features aren’t fully supported in the app yet, adjusting them should fix the issue.

Here’s what to do:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone.

  2. Tap "Accessibility":

  3. Tap "Zoom" and turn off the toggle if enabled:

  4. Go back to "Accessibility", tap "Display & Text Size" > "Larger Text" > turn off the toggle "Larger Accessibility Sizes" if enabled > move the slider back to the default (middle) position:

  5. Go back to Settings, tap "Display & Brightness" and tap "Text Size":

  6. Move the slider back to the default (middle) position:

  7. Go back to "Display & Brightness" and tap "Display Zoom":

  8. Choose "Default" option:

  9. Once adjusted, restart the app — the display will return to normal.
