If the app screen appears zoomed in or cut off, it might be due to your iPhone Accessibility settings. At the moment, our app does not fully support Accessibility settings, which can affect how the app is displayed. To fix the issue, you need to adjust these settings on your device.
Hereâs what to do:
Open Settings on your iPhone.
Tap Accessibility:
Tap Zoom and turn off the toggle if enabled:
Go back to Accessibility â Display & Text Size â Larger Text.
Turn off Larger Accessibility Sizes toggle if enabled.
Move the text size slider back to the default (middle) position.
Go back to Settings â Display & Brightness â Text Size.
Move the text size slider back to the default (middle) position.
âïž Important: Please make sure the text size toggles in both steps 4 and 5 are set to their default positions. They are separate settings located in different sections of your iPhone settings. In step 4, also make sure the Larger Accessibility Sizes toggle is turned off.
Go back to Display & Brightness and tap Display Zoom:
Choose Default option:
Once adjusted, restart the app â the display will return to normal.
