If you're using another iPhone or iPad, you can access your subscription by signing in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. Your app data and progress are also associated with your Apple account and iCloud settings, which helps keep your data synced across your devices. This also means your data isn't transferred to our servers, helping us protect your personal information and privacy.
âď¸ Important: Your subscription is tied to the Apple ID used for the purchase, so it cannot be transferred or restored on a device signed in with a different Apple ID. Using the same account is therefore important for restoring your subscription and accessing your synced progress.
âď¸ Note: App Store subscriptions can't be transferred directly to Android devices. Subscriptions purchased through the App Store only work on iPhone and iPad and aren't compatible with Android.
To continue using the app on an Android device, you'll need to cancel your App Store subscription and purchase a new subscription through Google Play.
To sync both your subscription and app data, follow these steps:
Step 1: Enable iCloud Drive
Open "Settings" on your device.
Tap your "Apple ID" at the top.
Tap "iCloud" and make sure iCloud Drive is turned on:
âď¸ Important: If your iCloud storage is full, data will not be saved and cannot be restored or transferred to a new device. Please ensure you have sufficient space available to save your data.
Step 2: Enable iCloud sync for the app
In iCloud settings, scroll to the app list.
Find Calorie Counter app and toggle it on to allow syncing.
Step 3: Restore your subscription on the new device
Tap "Get Plus" section in the app:
2. On the page displaying the suggested subscription plans, tap "Restore" in the top right corner:
Once restored, you'll have access to your subscription on the new device. If iCloud syncing is enabled on both devices, your app data and progress will also sync automatically.
