To book your room, we ask for a one-month deposit, which will be returned to you 30 days after your contract end date.

We also require a member fee of 50% of one month’s rent. 💰 There are no extra monthly charges other than the rent.

Finally, we charge a 100-euro exit fee at the end of your contract, which can be deducted from your deposit if you prefer. 💼
