Your deposit will be returned 30 days after your contract ends. 🗓️ We know it may seem like a while, but we need that time to make sure everything’s in order.

So, what do you need to do? Just one super simple step: fill out a form. 📝 We’ll send it to you at the end of your stay, or you can find it here. You’ll let us know which bank account to send your deposit to, and that’s it!

Quick reminder: To make sure everything goes smoothly and without delays, be sure to leave your coliving space or studio just as you found it, with no damages, and no outstanding payments. 🧹

And that’s it! Once you’ve filled out the form and we’ve checked everything, your deposit will be back in your account within 30 days. 💸 Easy, right?
