When are refunds possible?
Because your Muscle Charge subscription includes personalized digital content, we generally do not offer refunds once your program has been accessed. However, refunds may be considered in the following situations:
1. You never received access to your program
First, check your spam or promotions folder for your welcome email.
If you still don’t have access after 14 days from purchase, contact us at help@musclecharge.app.
If we’re unable to provide access within another 14 days, you may be eligible for a full refund.
2. You received a defective product
If the app doesn’t work properly, send a screenshot or screen recording of the issue to help@musclecharge.app.
If we can’t resolve it within 14 days, you may request a refund.
3. Medical reasons
If a doctor advises that you shouldn’t use the program, or if you're hospitalized or placed in long-term care for more than 10 days, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
You’ll need to send a note or email from your attending physician within the timeframe outlined in our policy.
4. Other personal circumstances
If something unexpected comes up that doesn’t fall under the above points, reach out to us. We’ll review your situation and do our best to find a fair solution.
How to request a refund
To request a refund:

Include any relevant details or documents (like error screenshots or a doctor’s note)
Please allow up to 3 business days for us to review your request. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
A note on credit card disputes
If you file a dispute with your card provider, we won’t be able to issue a refund until the dispute process is complete—which can take up to 90 days. We recommend contacting us first so we can help you directly and avoid delays.
