If you already have a SoundCloud profile and your release has been published to either a new profile or the wrong profile, you can use this form to request to have the profiles merged, or for your release to be moved to the correct profile: https://forms.gle/3dQBDV2U6KKKpEw2A

SoundCloud in its original form is a free online music-sharing platform. Since 2007 is has allowed users to share their music or discover the music that has been uploaded by others. The platform also allows users to follow each other, and to share and comment on uploaded tracks. The platform is free to use, but the paid SoundCloud Next, Next Plus and Next Pro accounts also allow artists to upload more tracks and gain access to a wider array of statistics and other features

In the last few years, as an answer to the growth of streaming platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, etc, SoundCloud has developed its own subscription-based streaming platform: SoundCloud Go / Go+.

SoundCloud Go allows users to listen to tracks uploaded directly to SoundCloud without adverts, as well as to download tracks to the SoundCloud Go app for offline listening.

SoundCloud Go+ offers the same service as SoundCloud Go but along with the tracks uploaded directly to SoundCloud users can also listen to tracks from major and indie labels, as well music distributed by services such as MusicHub.

Important things to know about SoundCloud Go / Go+:

  • If you already have a SoundCloud profile with the same artist name, the tracks you distribute to SoundCloud Go via MusicHub should automatically appear on your SoundCloud profile.

  • If you don’t already have a SoundCloud profile with the same artist name, one should be created for you automatically when you distribute your music to SoundCloud Go via MusicHub.

  • If you release a track to SoundCloud Go via MusicHub, you will no longer be able to upload that track directly to SoundCloud yourself, and neither will anyone else, including associates such as PR agents or remixers.

  • Statistics from SoundCloud Go / Go+ will not be visible in MusicHub but you will have access to them via your SoundCloud Profile.

  • While SoundCloud is available in 190 countries, SoundCloud Go / Go+ is only available in 19 Countries*
