If you choose to distribute your music to social media platforms, it exists in a slightly different way to the more traditional platforms like Spotify or Apple Music. Your music does not have a profile like those platforms, but it will be added to a library, where it is accessible only when creating a post or story.

โInstagram/Facebook
To upload a track or song to a Instagram/Facebook story, you can follow these steps:
Open Instagram/Facebook: Open the Instagram app on your mobile device.
Access the Stories Camera: Tap on your profile picture in the upper-left corner of the home feed or swipe right from your feed to access the Stories camera.
Take or Select a Photo/Video: You can either capture a new photo or video by tapping the white circle at the bottom of the screen or select an existing one from your camera roll by swiping up.
Add Music: After capturing or selecting a photo/video, look for the sticker icon at the top of the screen (it looks like a square smiley face). Tap on it.
Select the Music Sticker: Scroll through the stickers options and find the "Music" sticker. Tap on it.
Search for Music: You can search for a specific song by typing its name in the search bar. Instagram provides a library of songs you can choose from.
Select the Music: Once you've found the song you want, tap on it to add it to your Story. You can also select a specific part of the song if you only want a portion of it to play.
Customize the Music Sticker: You can move the music sticker around, resize it, or change its style to match your Story's aesthetic.
Share Your Story: After adding music to your Story, you can now share it by tapping the "Your Story" button at the bottom of the screen. You can also choose to send it to specific friends or groups.
Post Your Story: Once you've made any additional edits or added text, emojis, or other stickers, tap the "Your Story" button to post your Story with music.
TikTok
To upload a track or song to a TikTok video, you can follow these steps:
Open TikTok: Launch the TikTok app on your mobile device.
Create a New Video:
Tap the '+' button in the center of the bottom navigation bar to start creating a new video.
You can choose to record a new video or use an existing video from your device's gallery.
Record or Select Your Video:
If you're recording a new video, tap and hold the red record button to start recording.
If you're using an existing video, select it from your device's gallery.
Add Sound:
After recording or selecting your video, you'll see the video editing screen.
At the top of the screen, you'll see a "Sounds" option. Tap on it.
You can browse and search for music tracks by title, artist, or genre.
Once you find the track you want to use, tap on it to select it.
Trim the Music (Optional):
TikTok allows you to trim the part of the song you want to use. Drag the sliders to adjust the starting and ending points of the track.
You can choose a specific part of the song that fits your video.
Adjust Volume (Optional):
You can also adjust the volume of the music relative to your video by using the volume slider.
Preview and Edit:
Preview your video with the selected music to make sure it fits well.
You can also add effects, stickers, text, and other elements to your video at this stage.
Save and Post:
Once you're satisfied with your video, tap the checkmark or "Next" button.
Add captions, hashtags, and choose who can see your video.
Tap "Post" to upload your TikTok video with the selected music track.
