Unlike Spotify and Apple Music, Soundcloud do not offer profile mapping. This means that when a release is sent to their platform, they will create a new profile for it.
For any issues regarding how your release has appeared on SoundCloud you will need to contact their customer support team directly. Go to https://help.soundcloud.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and open a chat with their Customer Support.
